Falls Church Mayor David Tarter topped a list of elected City officials and other A-list personalities from the City to mark the fifth anniversary of Mad Fox Brewing Company at its West Broad Street location on Saturday. Owner Bill Madden received a proclamation from Mayor Tarter and called for a toast to celebrate the occasion.

Tarter hailed the restaurant’s role as a “gathering place for Falls Church,” and Madden thanked the City for its hospitality, called it the “Thirsty City.” He told the News-Press that about 504,000 pints of beer were sold there in the last year.
