The third annual BalletNova Summer Intensive Workshop for Adults will be held this Aug. 13 – 16 at the organization’s dance studio, located at 3443 Carlin Springs Road, Falls Church. The class, intended for advanced beginner to intermediate dance students, will last from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. for four days and will include classes in ballet, jazz, modern, partnering, variations, conditioning and musical theatre.
The guest faculty for the workshops are Christopher Nachtrab of the Sacramento Ballet Company, Shu-Chen Cuff, director of the GinDance Company, and Jeremy McShan, choreographer and producer for J.A.M. the Revue. Constance Walsh, BalletNova’s associate artistic director, is the director of the program. Tuition for the program is $485.
