Han I. Tak, 30, of Reston was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the Major Crimes Division of the Fairfax County Police Department on Wednesday afternoon and charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor. Tak, an instructor at Fox Mill Tae Kwon Do in Herndon, was charged for allegedly inappropriately touching a juvenile karate student.
