Christophe and Michelle Poteaux, owners of the Alexandria restaurant Bastille, will be the featured chefs at the Farmers’ Market Chef Demo series, which continues this Saturday, June 13, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the City Hall Parking Lot at 300 Park Avenue. The Poteauxs reopened Bastille in late January of this year.

At the Farmers’ Market, the Poteauxs will demonstrate an original recipe and tastings will be available. They will also answer questions on how to modify the recipe. Later this month, on Saturday, June 27, chef Nathan Lyon, who’s an Arlington native, television host and author, will be the featured chef at the Farmers’ Market Chef Demo series.
