The McLean Community Center’s 11-member governing board will hold its annual Public Hearing on Programs at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25 at the community center, located at 1234 Ingleside Ave., McLean. The board is asking residents of Dranesville Small District 1A to come to the meeting and share their thoughts on Center programs and services.
A regular monthly meeting of the governing board will follow the public hearing and all meetings of the board are open to the public. Residents of the center’s tax district who attend the meeting can voice their opinions on the center’s current program offerings and make suggestions for improving current programs and/or adding new initiatives. The hearing is one step in planning for the fiscal year 2017 budget cycle, which begins July 1, 2016.
