Merrifield Town Center Sold to Retail Properties of America

Merrifield Town Center has been acquired by Retail Properties of America, Inc., a real estate investment trust. Merrifield Town Center features 85,000 square feet of retail beneath two high-rise residential buildings near the corner of Lee Highway and Gallows Road in Falls Church at the main entrance to the Mosaic District which is owned and operated by Edens.

Merrifield Town Center’s tenants include XSport Fitness, Panera Bread, Noodles & Company, and Chipotle. Retail Properties of America acquired the property for $56.5 million.
