Eye Level Learning Center of Falls Church is hosting two children’s writing workshops this Saturday, Jan. 17, at Mary Riley Styles Public Library, located at 120 N. Virginia Ave., Falls Church.
The first writing workshop will be held from 2 – 3 p.m. for children in first and second grade and the second workshop will be held from 3 – 4 p.m. for children in third and fourth grade. At the first writing workshop, children will write and decorate a Valentine’s Day card for a friend of family member.
At the second workshop, children will choose from one of two writing prompts. They can either develop their own creation myth, or compare and contrast two American presidents, or two items of their own choice.
