In their annual audit of the City’s finances and operations, Jason Hartman and Megan Artenbright told the City Council at its work session Monday that the City’s finances are “solid,” and less than optimal oversight of some operations, subject to doubts in certain quarters, are “not uncommon for a staff your size” which they said that because of the small size, is “impossible to separate all the duties.”
