Students in Mrs. Lightbourne’s class at Mount Daniel Elementary School brought in gifts they purchased to give to large families at the Patrick Henry Shelter earlier this week. Each student chose a family member at the shelter to purchase a gift for, but many of the students and their families donated much more than they signed up to give.
