McLean Orchestra Presents ‘Holiday Glitter’

The McLean Orchestra are performing its Holiday Glitter show next Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 6 and 7, in the second program of its Wells Fargo/Allegra of Tysons Corner concert season. The Dec. 6 show will be held at the Oakcrest School, located at 850 Balls Hill Road, McLean, at 8 p.m. and the Dec. 7 show will be held at McLean High School, located at 1633 Davidson Road, McLean, at 3 p.m.

Broadway baritone Sal Viviano will be joining the orchestra for the Dec. 6 program. Viviano, a native of Detroit, has starred in such Broadway hits as “Romance/Romance,” “City of Angels,” “Falsettos,” “The Life,” and “The Full Monty.”

The concert will also feature McLean Orchestra principal trumpet Andrew Wilson, who will perform Torelli’s Trumpet Concerto in D. A reception will follow each concert in the lobby. For more information or tickets to the event, visit mclean-orchestra.org or call 703-893-8646.
