Columbia Baptist Church is hosting its third annual Spend Yourself 5K Run/3K Walk next Saturday, Nov. 22, at 8 a.m to raise money to feed the hungry.
The race will start at Columbia Baptist Church’s Maple Avenue campus, go through the W & OD Railroad Park with a turnaround at the bridge over Route 7 and finish back at the church.
Proceeds from the event will go to Spend Yourself Ministries, whose hunger-fighting efforts have expanded to Southwest Virginia, Haiti and India. For more information or to register for the race, visit columbiabaptist.org.
