F.C. Library Logs Busy Summer

It was a busy summer at Mary Riley Styles Public Library in the City of Falls Church. Over 2,000 readers of all ages signed up for the library’s Summer Reading program, according to a report from City Hall. Of those, 124 adults and 726 kids and teens successfully completed the program, together reading over 4,250 books. The Library Foundation raffled off pairs of Kindle Fires, iPod Shuffles and gift certificates to One More Page Books. Each prize was awarded to teens and adults who completed their summer reading goals.
