Two restaurants are providing free meals for kids on Halloween, October 31. Pizzeria Orso (400 S. Maple Ave., Falls Church) is offering kids under 10 a free item from the children’s menu for each house specialty or traditional pizza ordered from 4 – 8 p.m. at 400 S. Maple Avenue. Ireland’s Four Provinces (105 W. Broad Street, Falls Church) is offering kids under 12 in costume a free dinner, goody bags, and a chance to participate in a costume contest from 5 – 8 p.m.
