Mason Row Plans Undergoing New Revisions

The controversial large scale mixed use project at the corner of N. West and W. Broad Streets is undergoing yet another major revision in response to public concerns expressed to date, F.C. City Manager Wyatt Shields told the City Council Monday night. The new plan will be unveiled in mid-November and the scheduled December 8 Council action on the measure will be postponed.
