Olympic figure skater and News-Press columnist Johnny Weir’s film documentary entitled “From Russian With Love,” an examination of human rights through the lens of gay and lesbian athletes, will premiere on the EPIX cable channel next Wednesday, Oct. 29, at 8 p.m. EDT. Weir serves as host, interviewer and executive producer for the show.
Also, yesterday it was announced that Weir and Tara Lipinski will take over as the primary commentators for NBC’s figure skating coverage starting with Skate America coverage this weekend.
