Vocal Trash Performs at The Alden this Saturday

An urban-themed band, Vocal Trash, which uses its shows to promote the preservation of the environment, will perform at The Alden in McLean at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18.

Described as “Glee meets Stomp,” Vocal Trash has performed for audiences from around the world, aiming to delight and energize them with each performance. The group’s Broadway-style show features world-class singing, industrial drumming, light-hearted comedy and award-winning break dancing.

Led by producer/creator Steve Linder and producer/choreographer Kelsey Rae (who appeared in Broadway’s “Annie”), this green-minded ensemble is on a relentless pursuit to bring people together using the universal language of song and dance.

Tickets for the show are $15 for McLean tax district residents and $20 for everyone else. The Alden is located inside the McLean Community Center, located at 1234 Ingleside Ave., McLean. For more information or to purchase tickets online, visit aldentheatre.org.
