The latest round of deliberations with the Falls Church City Council will lead to some new revisions to the plan to develop “Mason Row” at the intersection of N. West and W. Broad Streets, and the new plans are expected to be presented to the Council by Oct. 27, Falls Church City Manager Wyatt Shields said last night.
