Jefferson District Park and Golf Course received the 2014 Trailblazer Award as the Site of the Year by the Fairfax County Park Authority. The nine-hole executive golf course was one of only two of the Park Authority’s seven courses that showed an increase in gross revenue over the previous year (FY13), and its gross revenue exceeded that of the other successful course by nearly 96 percent.

Its effort to attract new customers included strategic partnerships with the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Merrifield Business Association, the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce, with the Fairfax County and Falls Church City schools, and with local businesses.

Jefferson District Park is located at 7900 Lee Highway in Falls Church.
