City Seeks Volunteers for October Events, Projects

The City of Falls Church is looking for volunteers to help out with a selection of activities and events this October.

Those interested in a fall community clean up on Oct 18 from 10 a.m. – noon. should contact Allison Lohrenz at 703-248-5456 or at alohrenz@fallschurchva.gov; volunteers for a habitat restoration in Crossman Park on Oct. 25, 10 a.m. – noon, should contact Melissa Teates at 703-538-6961 or at melanite@verizon.net; and adult and teen volunteers for the City’s annual Halloween carnival on Oct. 25 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. can sign up with Amy Maltese at 703-248-5199 or at amaltese@fallschurchva.gov.
