Trade Roots Celebrates 2nd Birthday With Expansion, Cafe

Trade Roots, Arlington’s and Falls Church’s only fair trade store, is celebrating its second year in business by expanding and opening a café featuring fair trade coffee, tea, and baked goods. Trade Roots carries an array of fair trade products, including jewelry, clothing, handbags, household goods, decorative items, linens, coffee, tea and soup mixes.

Trade Roots products are eco-friendly, sustainable, and their artisans make a fair wage for their work. Owner Lisa Ostroff is also available to speak to schools, civic groups and churches about fair trade. For more information, visit www.fairtraderoots.com.
