More Than 250 Turn Out for Second Annual Teddy Bear Walk/Run

Runners and walkers line-up just before the start of the Falls Church-McLean Children Center’s second annual Teddy Bear 5K & 1K Walk/Run yesterday. According to Renee Boyle, development director of the Falls Church-McLean Children’s Center (FCMCC), more than 250 runners and walkers of all ages showed up for the event. The event, presented by Morgan Stanley, raised funds to benefit the FCMCC, an organization that prepares children from low-income, working families for kindergarten.
