A memorial service for City of Falls Church Sheriff’s Deputy Dale Toler is scheduled for today, Aug. 7, at 11 a.m. at the Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 West Broad. The only information concerning his death issued from the City was that it occurred last Thursday, July 31, in Fairfax County and was not while he was on duty. Reliable sources have told the News-Press that the death was self-inflicted.
