Tropical Smoothie Café is now open in the Willston Centre II at 6110-A Arlington Boulevard in Falls Church. The café offers made to order smoothies, toasted wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads and gourmet salads to eat in or carry out and provides catering services. The 385-unit food-and-smoothie chain expects to open 70 new locations by the end of this year.
