Open Kitchen Hires New Chef Instructor

Open Kitchen has hired Kaimana Chee as its newest chef instructor. Chef Kaimana was born and raised on the north shore of O’ahu in the small towns of La’ie and Hau’ula. His diverse cultural background has significantly influenced his culinary style as he adds contemporary American flavors and flair to traditional dishes from the Pacific Rim. Chef Kaimana has been working with Open Kitchen on private corporate events.
