Gypsy Soul, the long-awaited restaurant from James Beard award-winning Chef RJ Cooper, will finally open its doors tomorrow in the Mosaic District in Merrifield. In an email sent out by Mosaic Tuesday, Gypsy Soul is described as having a “neighborhood feel laced with Southern rock, countryside, big city, and great music.”
The 135-seat restaurant will serve American fare and offer up brunch, lunch at the bar and dinner. A preview of its menus can be found here.
