Einstein Bros. Bagels has opened at 913 W. Broad Street. Einstein Bros. offers freshly baked bagels, sandwiches, soups, sweets, artisan roasted coffee and specialty beverages. Tony Collins, who has been with the company for six years, is the new restaurant’s the general manager while Gabriel Montoya, a resident of Falls Church who was with a Fairfax location, will be the assistant manager.
The official grand opening will be Saturday, June 28 with grand opening specials starting on Monday, June 23.
