Sun & Moon Students Take Tai Chi to Fiesta Asia Fair

Local tai chi students participated in the Fiesta Asia Street Fair, hosted by the Asia Heritage Foundation, in Washington, D.C. on May 17.

A group from Sun and Moon Taiji One, located at Jhoon Rhee Tae Kwon Do on W. Broad Street in Falls Church, captivated the audience with a medley of dynamic tai chi performances showcasing Chen and Yang styles, martial applications, and tai chi straight sword.

A performance from Sun and Moon Taiji One Instructor and North American Sport Karate Association World Champion Mickey Lee, kicked off the group’s appearance at the festival.
