Bruce Shuttleworth became the third candidate this week to drop out of the run for the 8th District Democratic nomination to fill the seat being vacated by retiring U.S. Congressman Jim Moran. Charniele Herring and Alexandria Satish Korpe also dropped out earlier this week and now there are seven candidates still in the race with almost four weeks to go until the June 10 primary.
