F.C. Rotary Speech Contest Winner Takes 3rd in District

409rotaryLaura Chu, a student at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, received the third place award at the Northern Virginia Rotary District speech contest finals from Contest Chair Chris Hoecke. Chu received a certificate and $250 for her speech on the topic, “Engage Rotary, Change Lives.” The speech competition was held at the Central Rappahannock Regional Library in Fredericksburg on April 5.
