A groundbreaking ceremony for the Lincoln Properties’ “Reserve at Tinner Hill” at 540 S. Maple Street will be held at 10:30 a.m. next Tuesday, April 8, to which the public is invited. The event will be similar to the one held at the Rushmark Property’s Harris Teeter site project held just last week, and within four blocks of the Lincoln Properties’ new large scale mixed use project.
As with Rushmark’s, the Lincoln development is expected to be completed in approximately two years.
