Felix Chang of Falls Church placed first in the 8-year-old heavyweight division at the 2014 VAWA Virginia State Championships. The tournament was held March 1 at Deep Run High School in Glen Allen. Last month, Felix became the youngest of only four wrestlers from the Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia area to ever win the America Crown award. This is Felix’s third state heavyweight championship. (Photo: Darnell Marbury)
