Falls Church City Public Schools will be closed again Tuesday, March 4, and City Government will open at 10 a.m. Tuesday due to snow and ice accumulation in the City. Both F.C. Schools and City Government services were closed on Monday after the latest winter snow storm and frigid temperatures  hit the Washington, D.C. area early Monday morning. In addition, the snow emergency declaration limiting parking along designated routes in the City has been lifted effective 10 p.m. Monday.

Government offices and services open at 10 a.m. Tuesday include City Hall, Community Center, DMV Select, the Mary Riley Styles Public Library, and the Permits Counter. Recreation and Parks classes and activities scheduled for Tuesday before 3 p.m. are canceled. A determination will be made by 1 p.m. for afternoon and evening classes and activities. Opening status for the Court Clerk’s office is to be determined.
