Stein Mart has announced that it will open its third Washington, D.C. area store in the former Loehmann’s location at 7271 Arlington Boulevard. The Falls Church location will be one of 10 new stores Stein Mart will open nationwide this year, bringing its total store count to more than 270.
Stein Mart is a national retailer offering current-season, brand name fashion apparel for women and men, accessories, home décor, linens and shoes at prices up to 60 percent off. The Loehmann’s chain of off-priced designer clothing and accessories closed after 93 years in business. The new Stein Mart, which will create approximately 40 new jobs, is scheduled to open May 15.
