F.C. Arts to Host 11th Birthday Fête

To celebrate its 11 years of bringing art to the community, Falls Church Arts is inviting the public to its 11th Birthday Bash this Thursday, Feb. 20, at 7 p.m. at ArtSpace Falls Church.

Falls Church Arts was organized in 2003, and during its 11 year history has expanded to offer increased diversity in programming. FCA has developed studio arts classes and regular art shows, with a strong public response to classes, shows, and other programming this past year. Additionally, the FCA board has funded a new website that allows visitors to join the group, enter shows, and make payments and donations online.

Music, dancing, and free refreshments will be offered as guests are invited to see FCA’s all-members show currently on display. Visitors are invited to cast a vote for their favorite piece in that show. Door prizes will be awarded on the half hour from 8 – 10 p.m.

ArtSpace Falls Church is located at 410 S. Maple Ave. For more information, visit FallsChurchArts.org.
