‘First Friday’ Comes to Westover

Westover retailers will host First Friday in Westover this Friday, Feb. 7, and on the first Friday of every month. Starting at 5 p.m., retailers will provide patrons with special offers including happy hour food and drink specials, merchandise sales, and extended hours. These retailers are located on Washington Boulevard, between N. McKinley Road and N. Longfellow Street in Arlington.

Special offers and events this month will include complimentary refreshments and 20 percent off of all recycled rubber tire items at Trade Roots until 8 p.m.; complimentary mezzas and happy hour specials all night at Lebanese Taverna; happy hour at the Stray Cat Cafe, from 5 – 7 p.m., including half-price appetizers and drink specials; free sprinkles on ice cream at Toby’s Homemade Ice Cream from 6 – 8 p.m.; and snacks at Blue Groove Sounds.
