Mason Grad Andrew Koelz to Marry Julie Bentz

Mary Ellen Koelz Welch of Fairfax and Stephen A. Koelz of Wrightsville, Pennsylvania, are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Andrew Stephen Koelz, to Julie Diane Bentz of Greenville, South Carolina. Andy is also the step-son of Jeffrey Alan Welch of Fairfax.

A 2003 graduate of George Mason High School, Andy graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2011. He is currently a judicial law clerk with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Julie is the daughter of Diane Bender Morris of Greenville and Lawrence Peter Bentz of Clinton Township, Michigan. Julie is also the step-daughter of J. Stan Morris of Greenville. A graduate of The University of Georgia with Bachelor of Science degrees in psychology and criminal justice, Julie received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012. She is an associate at King and Spalding in Atlanta.

A wedding is planned for April 26, 2014, at Grace Church Downtown in Greenville. The couple will reside in Atlanta.
