Authors to Visit One More Page for Small Business Saturday

Six area authors will appear at Arlington’s One More Page Books on Small Business Saturday this Saturday, Nov. 30.

The authors will be in the store at various times to help customers with their holiday shopping. Last year, President Barack Obama and his daughters visited the store for Small Business Saturday, an initiative to support local businesses during the holiday shopping season.

Authors scheduled to appear are Julie R. Harrison (“Mom’s Had a Rough Day” and “Epic Mom: Failing Every Day A Little Bit More Than You”) at 11 a.m., Mary Kay Zuravleff (“The Bowl is Already Broken” and “Man Alive!”) at noon, Ellen Crosby (Wine Country Mystery Series and “Multiple Exposure: A Sophie Medina Mystery”) at 1 p.m., Kathleen McCleary (“A Simple Thing” and “Leaving Haven”) at 2 p.m., Alma Katsu (“The Taker,” ” The Reckoning,” and “The Descent”) at 3 p.m., and Tim Wendel (“Summer of ’68” and “Habana Libre”) at 4 p.m.
