National Championship Team to Host Tai Chi Open House

Sun & Moon Taiji One, the winners of the 2013 USAWKF National Championship in Group Taiji, will be hosting an open house for those who are interested in learning Taiji (Tai Chi). The open house times will be Saturday, Nov. 23, from 8 – 9 p.m., and Monday, Nov. 25, from 8 – 9 a.m. Those interested in attending can RSVP by calling 301-512-5071 or emailing SunAndMoonTaijiOne@gmail.com. Taiji (Tai Chi) is a form of martial art, moving meditation, and low-impact exercise. The national title-winning team members range from ages 21 to 84 years.
