Council Votes to Retain Law Firm To Fill City Attorney Role on Interim Basis

With current Falls Church City Attorney John Foster having announced he will be leaving his role here last this month, the F.C. City Council emerged from a closed session tonight to vote unanimously to retain the law firm of Greehan, Taves, Pandak and Stoner to function as the City’s legal counsel on an interim basis until a new city attorney can be recruited, hired and retained.

The agreement with the firm will be effective as of Nov. 18.
