D.C.-Area Home Prices Still Highest in City of Falls Church

Once again, the City of Falls Church had the highest home sale prices for homes in the Washington, D.C. area, with a median sales price of $590,000 in October.

The report, from RealEstate Business Intelligence, showed 13 homes sold in the City last month, with an average sales price of $656,208. F.C.’s median home sales price was a 11.85% higher than last year’s price and $62,500 more than Arlington County’s, the second highest in the region in October at $527,500.

Alexandria City was third with a median sales price of $462,575, Washington, D.C. was fourth with $455,000, Fairfax County was fourth with $440,000 and Fairfax City was fifth at $415,000.
