LIVE ELECTION RESULTS: Connelly, Snyder, Oliver, Sze Elected to Council, Water Referendum Passes in a Landslide

Follow along with the News-Press as results from today’s 2013 Falls Church City elections and vote on a proposed sale of the water system are reported LIVE after polls close at 7 p.m. tonight. We’ll be updating continuously, so keep refreshing the page to get the latest ballot results on the vote to see which of five Council candidates will fill the four up-for-grabs seats and if the City of F.C. gets the OK from voters to sell its water system to Fairfax County.  Today’s first-ever November City elections for Falls Church also includes uncontested School Board, Commissioner of the Revenue, Treasurer and Sheriff races.

On the regional stage, Virginia will select a new governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general today and 100 state delegate races are being contested as well, including the one in the 53rd district that includes the City of Falls Church.
