A memorial service for Falls Church’s cherished Jessie Thackrey, who died at age 100 this summer, drew leaders of all aspects of the Falls Church community as well as family members and members of her church to the historic chapel on the campus of the Falls Church Episcopal in downtown Falls Church this afternoon. Remarks were presented by her son, Keith Thackrey, on behalf of all his siblings, and by the Rev. John Ohmer, rector of the Falls Church. A segment of those in attendance are shown here.
