City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for September 16 – 22, 2013

Larceny from Vehicle, 200 block Kent St. On Sep. 16, tools were stolen from a vehicle sometime overnight.
False ID to Law Enforcement, 100 block Tollgate Way On Sep. 16, an officer responded to the area for a report of a motor vehicle accident. One of the drivers provided a false name to the investigating officer. A male, 25, of Burke, was arrested and released on summons for Providing False ID to Law Enforcement.
Assault, 7124 Leesburg Pike (George Mason High School) On Sep. 16, an unknown suspect assaulted the victim. The victim was treated within the building for injuries.
Vandalism to Vehicle, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Sep. 16, a vehicle was found with flat tires and a broken window.
Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd. #20 (Pho Bien) On Sep. 16, a male, 39, of Alexandria, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.
Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd. #21 (Hai Lua Restaurant) On Sep. 17,a male, 39, of Alexandria, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.
Larceny of Motor Vehicle Parts, 300 block W. Columbia St. On Sep. 17, four tires were stolen from a vehicle sometime overnight.
Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 200 block E. Fairfax St. On Sep. 17, the victim report tools and clothing were stolen from the vehicle sometime between Sep. 15 and 16.
Panhandling, 1000 block E. Broad St. On Sep. 18,a male, 30, no fixed address, was arrested and released on summons for Panhandling.
Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd. #21 (Hai Lua Restaurant) On Sep. 18, the manager of the restaurant, a male, 35, of Sterling, was arrested and released on summons for Permitting Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.
Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #16 (Café Le Mirage) On Sep. 18, the manager of the restaurant, a male, 37, of Springfield, was arrested and released on summons for Permitting Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.
Child Neglect, 352 W. Broad St. (Palm Beach Tan) On Sep. 18, police responded to the area for a report of children unattended in a vehicle. A female, 34, of Alexandria was arrested and released on summons for Child Neglect.
Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test, 100 block W. Annandale Rd. On Sep. 19, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a female, 50, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test.
Larceny from Building, 400 block S. Washington St. On Sep. 19, the victim reported a bicycle was stolen from a communal bike rack sometime between Sep. 5 and 17.
Narcotics Violation and Fugitive from Justice, 300 block Park Ave. On Sep. 20, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver was wanted in Kansas City, MO for an outstanding Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute. The suspect, a male, 28, was arrested for the outstanding warrant and Possession of Marijuana.
Trespass, 6795 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Sep. 20, a male, 55, no fixed address, was arrested and released on summons for Trespassing.

On Sep. 21, police responded to the area for a report of an individual who was creating a disturbance in the neighborhood. A female, 50, of the Vienna, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Trespass and Disorderly Conduct.
Possession of Illegal Gambling Device, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #17 (Hoa Vien Quan) On Sep. 21, a male, 42, of Fairfax, was arrested and released on summons for Possession of Illegal Gambling Device.
Larceny from Person, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Sep. 21, an unknown suspect(s) pick pocketed a phone from the victim.
Graffiti, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Sep. 21, graffiti were found on a dumpster.
Domestic Assault, 100 block Dulany Pl. On Sep. 21, a male, 51, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Assaulting a Family Member.
Driving Under the Influence, 300 block W. Broad St. On Sep. 22, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 28, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
Larceny from Building, 6771 Wilson Blvd. (Kim Phuong Bakery) On Sep. 22, an unknown suspect stole a wallet from the store.
Larceny from Building, 6601 Wilson Blvd. (BJ’s Wholesale) On Sep. 22, an unknown suspect(s) stole an unattended wallet and iPhone.
Trespass, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Sep. 22, a male, 38, of Manassas, was arrested and released on summons for Trespassing.
