The Premier AC PAC Elite ’01 Navy team started its fall 2013 travel soccer season at the Chesapeake Kick Off Challenge Soccer Tournament by coming in first place in the U12 Boys Division. This pre-season tournament, held Aug. 17 and 18, constituted the boys’ debut performance as new members of the National Capital Soccer League.
