A second reception will be held for the show of Dorothea Potter Teipel’s paintings at Art and Frame of Falls Church.
On Thursday, from 6 – 8 p.m., Kathleen O’Neill, a fellow graduate of Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia, will host a reception for Teipel’s works. The pair expect a few fellow graduates to attend.
Teipel’s show, which features flowers, beach scenes, seascapes, and her trademark Red Mermaids, made its debut at this month’s FIRSTFriday and will be on display through Aug. 31.
