F.C. Schools Look to Area Businesses to Help Welcome New Teachers

Falls Church City Schools are reaching out to the business community to help welcome new teachers to the community. The City will have 75 new staff, each of whom will receive a New Teacher Welcome Bag. Businesses are invited to provide promotional items for those bags by August 13. Additionally, restaurants are being encouraged to donate lunch for a new teacher and mentor on August 22.

Businesses interested in contributing or finding out more about school business partnerships in the City can contact Marybeth Connelly, the Director of Business & Community Partnerships at connellym@fccps.org or 703-248-5961.
