Orso Chef Competing in Fit For Hope Fundraiser

Chef Will Artley from Pizzeria Orso has signed on as one of 15 chefs and mixologists participating in Fit for Hope, an intense 12-week fitness challenge to raise funds for the American Cancer Society.

The 12-week competition kicks off June 24. While dropping pounds, participants will be raising a minimum $2,500 during the 12 weeks. Happy hours and restaurant events will take place to help the chefs reach their fundraising goals. At the end of the 12-week Fit for Life challenge, contestants will be evaluated based on percentage of body weight lost. Bloomingdales will make-over the top three “losers” for the big reveal and announcement of the winner at the American Cancer Society’s Taste of Hope on Sept. 24.
