The Virginia Department of Business Assistance is presenting a free “IMarketing Workshop” on Tuesday, July 23, from 9:30 a.m. – noon. The event will review how to develop a marketing plan, the dos and don’ts of advertising, customer service for sales growth and retention, and ways to market and promote a business.

It will be held at Falls Church City Hall’s Dogwood Room, level G. The event, which is co-sponsored by the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce and the Falls Church Economic Development Office, is free and open to the public but registration is required at https://events.vastartup.org/events/1013.
