True Food Kitchen will open its first East Coast location in Merrifield’s Mosaic development in the summer of 2014. The boutique restaurant offers a globally inspired, seasonal, healthy menu.

Owned and operated by Fox Restaurant Concepts, True Food Kitchen was developed in collaboration with business partner and best-selling wellness author Dr. Andrew Weil. The Mosaic, created and developed by Edens, is home to an eclectic mix of local restaurants and fashion boutiques, national retailers, and the Angelika Film Center.
