F.C.’s Team Eva Raises $4K for Juvenile Diabetes Research

Team Eva participated in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk to Cure Diabetes on the National Mall last month. Team Eva, comprised of 40 Falls Church friends and neighbors of Eva Whitaker, raised more than $4,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the leading global organization funding Type 1 Diabetes research. Among the 40 members of Team Eva were 12 Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School fifth graders.
